Christian Weyer er tilbake i Bergen! Mange av dere har nok sett Christian før på konferanser eller hos NNUG tidligere, og vet at han er en meget dyktig foreleser og teknolog. Gå ikke glipp av denne presentasjonen om Microsoft Azure Services Platform, som vi garanterer vil være intens og lærerik!

17:00-18:15	Pizza på Biskopen pub Denne gangen prøver vi noe nytt og har pizza i underetasjen på Biskopen pub i Vaskerelven. Det er 2 minutters gange fra Scandic hvor arrangementet holdes. NNUG spanderer pizza og noe å drikke uten alkohol. Om du ønsker noe annet fra baren tar du det på egen kostnad :-) Husk at alle må være tilstede på konferanserommet til 18:15 da presentasjonen starter!
18:15-19:30	A Cloud eye for the .NET guy: Microsoft’s Azure Services Platform - Part 1 Come and see Christian Weyer demonstrate how Microsoft’s new cloud offering looks like. Experience the first steps with Azure Services, including Windows Azure as the operating system in the cloud and the .NET Services building block services. Based on practical code demos he will give you glimpse into the early phase of a new computing wave – CTPs and Betas all around, cross fingers :-) Christian Weyer, thinktecture Christian is co-founder of thinktecture, a European company aiding and supporting software architects and developers in designing and implementing distributed solutions. He has modelled and implemented distributed applications with Java, COM, DCOM, COM+, Web Services and other technologies over the years, and recently he has been focusing on the ideas and concepts of service-orientation and their practical translation in customer projects, primarily using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Windows Workflow Foundation (WF). Another - and obviously complementary - aspect of his work is dealing with application architecures based on and working with the Cloud, leveraging the Azure Services platform like Windows Azure and .NET Services.
